Maryland REALTORS® Standing Committees

Public Policy

Description

Develops Maryland REALTORS® policy on issues impacting the practice of real estate, homeownership, and housing supply and affordability in both the legislative and regulatory arenas. The Committee recommends policies for adoption by the Executive Committee and future REALTOR® legislative initiatives. It is composed of broker-owners and active practitioners.

Meetings

4-6 meetings per year, generally on the first Thursday of the month between June and November. Will also meet in late April following the close of the General Assembly Session. 

Meetings are usually 2 hours.

Attendance Requirements

Members may attend in person or via conference call.
